Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box.

  Drop Off Your Return

  Hand over your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location; keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
